We accept returns for a refund or exchange on any items, excluding pierced jewellery, date sensitive articles such as magazines, any underwear and all sale items.
To return an item simply post the item back to us within 14 days (UK) of receipt of goods. Please include a note with your name, address and order number. You can use any packaging, it does not have to be the original packaging. Our address can be found here.
All returned items will be thoroughly checked and must be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition in which they were sold with all tags still attached. Do not remove tags before trying on items, as we cannot accept items that have had the tags cut off or re-attached. Any item’s received not in their original condition will not be credited, and will be returned to sender.
We reserve the right to deny a return if the item is received after the stated return time period or if the item is not in its original condition. Please note that our all our vintage items are pre-loved so may show signs of age. In all circumstances we have attempted to best describe the condition of our vintage items within the item description. Any items returned for faults that are clearly stated within the item description will not be refunded. We maintain detailed photos of all our vintage items and inspect each item carefully.
All items must be posted back Recorded Delivery. We hold no liability for missing items so please ensure that you retain proof of postage.
Once the returned goods have been received we will process your refund. Please note that returns can take up to 5 days to complete from receipt of goods. We will email you once the refund has been completed.
Please note that in all cases delivery charges will not be refunded unless the order was cancelled by us, or the item is faulty, in which case you will receive a full refund.
We accept Christmas returns up until the 15th of January. Ordinarily, this would however only be 14 days from the date of purchase. Please inform us if you require a gift receipt with your purchase, or leave a note in the comments if you would like us to request a personalised note with your purchase. We can of course send your purchase directly to someone else too. If you would like your purchase gift wrapping please purchase gift wrap with your order. We will sort the rest!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, but we will however work with you to have the best experience with us that you can.
